1. Introduction
Welcome to JP Couture. By accessing or purchasing our custom clothing, rental services, or related products, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
2. Orders & Customization
- All custom orders are made to your specifications based on measurements and preferences provided during your consultation.
- Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified beyond 24 hours.
- Due to the nature of custom clothing, minor adjustments may be required upon final fitting.
3. Payment & Pricing
- A 60% non-refundable deposit is required at least to begin production on custom garments, with the remaining balance due upon completion. We do prefer to have everything paid up front.
- All prices are subject to change without notice. However, once an order is placed, the quoted price remains valid.
- JP Couture accepts payments via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other approved payment methods.
4. Production & Delivery
- Standard production time for custom clothing is 6-8 weeks from the date of final measurements and payment. Expedited orders may be available for an additional fee.
- Delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as fabric availability or shipping delays.
- JP Couture is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.
5. Fittings & Alterations
- We provide an initial fitting during the production process and a final fitting upon completion.
- If adjustments are required, we offer alterations within 14 days of garment pickup or delivery.
- Alterations due to weight fluctuations or inaccurate self-provided measurements will incur additional costs.
6. Returns & Exchanges
- Due to the bespoke nature of our garments, all sales are final and non-refundable.
- If there are any issues with craftsmanship or material defects, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assess the issue and determine a solution, which may include repairs or alterations.
7. Rental Services
- Rentals must be returned in the same condition as received.
- Late returns will incur a daily late fee. Any damages beyond normal wear and tear will be charged at the full replacement cost.
- A security deposit may be required for rental items.
8. Communications & Marketing Consent
- By providing your phone number and email address, you consent to receive communications from JP Couture via text messages and email regarding your orders, promotions, and company updates.
- You may opt out of promotional messages at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided.
9. Liability & Disclaimer
- JP Couture is not liable for damages caused by improper care or handling of garments after purchase.
- We strive to provide accurate measurements, but final fit may be affected by body changes or unique preferences.
- Any legal disputes will be resolved under the governing laws of Utah.
10. Modifications to Terms & Conditions
- JP Couture reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website.
